You’ll work on influential projects for some of the largest Nordic companies, in close collaboration with our experienced consultants. Key responsibilities
Main tasks include structuring and carrying out analyses independently, contributing actively to solving client challenges with curiosity and an open mind, helping prepare and present insights to clients, and fostering a positive, collaborative team spirit.
Qualifications
You have strong analytical skills, a structured way of working, and a genuine curiosity for understanding complex problems. You communicate clearly, collaborate well in teams, and take initiative to deliver high-quality work. You are in the final year of your bachelor’s or at the beginning of your master’s degree in economics, finance, or a related field. Previous experience in consulting, financial analysis, or IT is an advantage, but not a requirement.
Workload
Approx. 20-25h/week, with flexibility during exam periods.

Interview process
The interview process is designed to let us getting to know each other We are excited to get to know you and help you get to know us through our interview process. The interview process depends on the role you’re applying for, as well as your previous experience. If you’re applying for a Junior Consultant role, the process usually includes 2-3 rounds of interviews. This includes a case interview where we’ll assess your problem-solving ability and personal experience.

You'll support project teams with data collection, analysis, and structuring of insights. You work closely with consultants to help solve client challenges, contribute to internal knowledge development, and help maintain a positive, collaborative team spirit.
Qualifications
You have strong analytical skills, an interest in data and problem solving, and a structured way of working. You communicate clearly, enjoy collaboration, and approach tasks with curiosity and attention to detail. You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or a related field. Prior work experience is not required, but an interest in consulting and analytical work is essential.
